With over 20 years within the sector, Marie has an infectious passion for education and plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the team through delivering outstanding results for clients.

Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time with family, holidaymaking across the world, and staying fit through strength training and running. A lover of Colleen Hoover novels, Marie’s guilty pleasure is any film  starring Adam Sandler! Marie’s love for education was founded at a young age as she dreamt of becoming a Teacher. During her time at School, Marie enjoyed the creative arts, especially Drama. 

A fun fact?
 Marie was an extra in ITVs Daziel and Pasco when she was 16!

Director

India is the Director and Operations Manager at MAT Recruitment, with a sharp focus on both strategy and operations, India ensures everything runs smoothly! India’s experience within education and attention to detail, helps her to support her team in delivering exceptional recruitment services to candidates and clients alike.

Outside the office, India enjoys staying fit and active, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places to eat. In her spare time, India is more than likely to be tuning into the newest true crime docuseries or reading, with her favourite book being Where the Crawdads Sings. Growing up, India dreamed of becoming a travel writer, and in school, she particularly enjoyed Dance, Law, and English—subjects which definitely reflect her wide-ranging interests.

 She performed on stage as a ballerina until the age of 17!

Neelam is a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant here at MAT Recruitment, specialising in long-term and permanent recruitment.  Neelam is dedicated to finding the right match between candidates and schools, ensuring both clients and candidates receive the best possible support throughout the process. Her background in education and passion for supporting schools allows her to place the right professionals in these key roles.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with their two children, shopping, and trying out new food places.  Her favourite books include The Kite Runner or anything by Colleen Hoover. Her favourite film is The Shawshank Redemption. Growing up, Neelam’s dream job was to become a primary school teacher, something she even trained to do before realising her true calling was in education recruitment! Her favourite subjects in school were PE at primary level and Drama in secondary school.

A fun fact? Neelam once skydived 13,000 feet for charity!

Amber is one of our Education Recruitment Consultant’s and the MAT Tutor Coordinator at MAT Recruitment, specialising in the recruitment of education professionals across the London region. Amber focuses on placing permanent staff in leadership, teaching, and support roles, ensuring the right match between candidates and schools. She also coordinates our tutoring programmes, delivering bespoke solutions to meet the needs of students!

When she’s not supporting schools, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and staying active—reformer Pilates is her latest passion. Her favourite TV series are Grey’s Anatomy and Friends, and she’s a fan of The Notebook film. During Amber’s time at school her favourite subjects were Dance and English. Growing up, Amber’s dream job changed regularly—from being a primary school teacher to working in a shop!

Outside of work, Diane enjoys going on long walks with her lively Blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Barney. She also has a passion for home decorating, often rearranging her space or shopping for new decor! 

When it comes to entertainment, Diane is a big fan of Danielle Steel’s books – one is always packed in her suitcase when she travels! Her favourite film is Forrest Gump which she can watch on repeat. Growing up, Diane dreamed of becoming a paramedic! Her favourite subject in School was History, as she strongly believes in learning from the past to ensure it doesn’t repeat itself.

A fun fact? Diane loves Stargazing! She finds any changes to the stars or moon fascinating!

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to supporting both candidates and clients, Georgie plays a key role in streamlining the recruitment process and maintaining the quality and integrity of our service.

Outside of work, you’ll find Georgie cheering on Man City as a very dedicated season ticket holder, attending concerts, spending time with family and friends or singing her heart out! Aside from that you’ll find her watching her favourite TV show, Grey’s Anatomy. Growing up, Georgie dreamed of becoming a journalist, with her favourite subjects at School being English and French.

A fun fact? Georgie was actually banned from using an electric wheelchair for driving it up a tree on her way to school!

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys socialising with friends and family, painting, crocheting, and staying active through Pilates and going for a run (on a good day!). When it comes to entertainment, their favourite TV shows are This Country and Normal People, while classic films like Notting Hill and Titanic are at the top of the list. For books, it’s always changing, but Little Women is a timeless favourite. Growing up, Sarah first wanted to be a teacher, but after Instagram launched, blogging became the dream. In school, her favourite subjects were Business and Geography.

A fun fact about Sarah?
 She Irish danced for 11 years.
