MAT Recruitment announced as a supplier on GCA Framework

GCA Framework

We’re proud to announce that MAT Recruitment has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency (GCA) RM6376 Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment framework, marking an important milestone in our continued work with schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.

This appointment means eligible public sector organisations, including schools and MATs, can now access our recruitment services through an established, compliant and government-backed procurement route. For trust leaders, school leaders and procurement teams, this provides greater confidence, transparency and efficiency when choosing recruitment partners.

At MAT Recruitment, our focus has always been clear: to provide reliable, high-quality recruitment support for the education sector, while maintaining strong standards around compliance, safeguarding, transparency and value for money.

Being named on GCA framework reflects the strength of that approach.

The education sector continues to face significant workforce challenges, and securing the right people has never been more important. From senior leadership appointments to specialist teaching and support roles, attracting and retaining high-quality professionals plays a vital role in improving outcomes for pupils and strengthening school communities.

Our inclusion on the framework allows us to support even more schools and trusts with a trusted, compliant route to recruitment. It also gives education leaders the reassurance that key commercial terms, due diligence and compliance requirements have already been established through the framework.

Through our recruitment services, we support:

  • Senior and executive leadership appointments across trusts and schools
  • Teaching and specialist roles, including SEND
  • Non-teaching and school support roles
  • Interim and project-based capacity where additional support is required
  • Targeted attraction strategies for hard-to-fill positions

We understand that every school and trust is different. Whether supporting a growing Trust, planning for leadership succession, responding to immediate staffing challenges or strengthening long-term recruitment strategies, our team works closely with leaders to understand their context, values and priorities.

Our approach is structured, transparent and collaborative from initial brief through to successful appointment, ensuring every recruitment process is aligned with both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Most importantly, this development strengthens our ability to support more schools, academies and trusts with the quality staff they need.

We would like to thank the schools, candidates and partners who have supported MAT Recruitment so far. We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to build trusted relationships across the education sector.
