Hi, I’m Nida,  a dedicated English specialist with a proven track record of raising attainment across both Language and Literature.

As a former Head of Department and senior teacher, I’ve led successful strategies to improve student outcomes, particularly across the 9–6 grade boundaries. In recent English Language results, I helped drive a 38% increase in grades 7–9, and in Literature, a 30% uplift in the same range, with 100% of students achieving grades 5–9 in both subjects. My support also contributed to several pupils securing the school’s first-ever Grade 9 and 8 in Literature.

Earlier in the year, I was appointed as English Lead Practitioner, where I focused on turning around underperformance. Between the December and Easter mocks, the percentage of pupils achieving a Grade 5 jumped from just 12% to 72%, a transformation achieved through targeted intervention and curriculum refinement.
