My name is Raj and I am a Maths & English tutor who has been tutoring KS1-4 students for several years. I have evidence of good classroom practice and excellent teaching, including the use of different learning styles. I feel discussion style promotes learning through interaction and questioning. To differentiate learning in my lesson plans and schemes of work I promote an inclusive learning environment. My students are encouraged to do independent reading in English & I also provide homework tasks for them to complete in both English & Maths sessions. My SEN intervention tutoring experience covers tutoring learners that have severe learning needs and disabilities – Autism, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, Dyslexia, Sensory Hearing, Visual Impairments, Emotional Behavioural difficulties, Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Psychosis Speech and Language Difficulties, Cerebral Palsy, Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties, Disabled Learners, Low Learning Abilities in English & Maths.
