My name is Sarah and I am a Maths & Science tutor who has been tutoring KS3 & 4 students. I am currently studying Medicine at St Georges University, however, have decided to take a gap year from February. Previously I have tutored students including family friends and siblings in Mathematics & I have a secure knowledge of the Maths curriculum and syllabuses. I quickly assess my students working at level and plan lessons to enable them to make progress. Continually assessing students through my lessons to avoid misconception and I work hard to ensure students feel confident. I actively pre-teach ahead of my next session and recap on previous lessons to reinforce learning. This repetition of learning has evidenced improvement in my student’s attainment.
