How the MAT Recruitment Scheme Works
Submit your recommendation: Share your friend’s or colleague’s name, role, location and contact details using our short form (please confirm they’re happy to be contacted).
We reach out: Our team contacts the introduced candidate to discuss opportunities that match their skills and preferences.
We introduce them to schools: If they’re a good fit, we arrange prospective interviews and support them through the recruitment process.
Placement confirmed: When your introduced candidate accepts a role through MAT Recruitment, we’ll let you know right away.
You get rewarded: Once they start (and complete the qualifying period), we’ll send your thank-you reward!

Terms & Conditions
1)Eligibility
- This scheme is open to individuals recommending candidates to MAT Recruitment.
- The scheme is not available to employees of MAT Recruitment.
2) Valid Referrals
- To qualify, recommendations must be candidates who are not already known to or registered with MAT Recruitment.
- Candidate Introductions must be submitted directly to MAT Recruitment before the candidate makes contact with MAT Recruitment independently.
- You must have the permission of the candidate you are referring before submitting their details.
3) Successful Placement Criteria
- An introduction will be deemed successful when the candidate recommended is placed by MAT Recruitment into either:
- a permanent position, or
- a temporary position.
- The recommended candidate must remain in post for:
- 12 weeks in the case of a permanent contract, or
- 8 weeks in the case of a temporary contract.
- Only once these conditions are satisfied will the reward be payable.
4) Reward Payment
- A reward of:
- £100 will be paid for a successful placement into a permanent position.
£100 will be paid for a successful placement into a temporary position.
- The referral reward will only be released once the qualifying period (as set out above) has been completed and once payment has been received from the client by MAT Recruitment.
5) Exclusions
- Referrals relating to candidates already registered with, or previously known to, MAT Recruitment will not qualify.
- In the case of any dispute regarding eligibility or payment, MAT Recruitment’s decision is final.
6) General
- MAT Recruitment reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral scheme at any time, without prior notice.
- By submitting a referral, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
