Your Reward
Long-term role secured
Refer a candidate who lands a permanent position and we'll send you £175 once they've settled into their new role.
Temporary or supply role
Know a supply teacher or short-term cover specialist? Refer them and earn £100 once they complete their qualifying period.

Fill in the short form below with your details and your referral's. Make sure they're happy to be contacted — we'll ask you to confirm this before submitting.
We reach out and find the right fit
A member of our team will contact your referral to understand their experience, preferences and availability. We'll match them to roles that genuinely suit them — not just the first vacancy available.
They're introduced to schools
If there's a strong match, we arrange prospective conversations and support your referral through every stage — from first contact to first day in school.
Placement confirmed — we let you know
The moment your referral accepts a position, we'll drop you a message with the good news. You'll never be left wondering what happened.
Your reward is on its way
Once the qualifying period is complete and we've received payment from the school, we'll send your reward. No need to chase — we'll reach out to confirm your payment details when the time comes.

Terms & Conditions
Our referral scheme is designed to be straightforward and fair. Here's everything you need to know.
01 — Eligibility
- This scheme is open to anyone recommending candidates to MAT Recruitment
- MAT Recruitment employees are not eligible
02 — Valid referrals
- Referrals must be candidates not already known to or registered with MAT Recruitment
- The referral must be submitted before the candidate contacts MAT Recruitment independently
- You must have the candidate's permission before sharing their details
03 — Placement criteria
- Permanent placement: the candidate must remain in post for 12 weeks
- Temporary or supply placement: the candidate must remain in post for 8 weeks
- The reward is only released once MAT Recruitment has received payment from the school
04 — Reward amounts
- Permanent placement: £175
- Temporary or supply placement: £100
05 — Exclusions
- Candidates already registered with or previously known to MAT Recruitment will not qualify
- Referrals submitted after the candidate has already made contact will not qualify
- In the case of any dispute regarding eligibility or payment, MAT Recruitment's decision is final
06 — General
- MAT Recruitment reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time without prior notice
- By submitting a referral, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
- There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make
