- For us here at MAT Recruitment, 2021 has been a brilliant year and in this blog we would like to share our achievements! Reflecting upon this last year, we have been fortunate to have achieved so much, especially through previous lockdowns, restrictions and mitigating the unknown.
Firstly, we are proud to announce that we achieve a 300% growth in long-term and temporary placements, with our client base increasing by an amazing 30%! As well as this: - MAT Recruitment saw a brand new website published and we are so happy with its brand new look!
- Expanding our team, recruiting three new members which has meant our team has now doubled in size. As well as creating a brand new Marketing Department!
Most notably, we have also created a unique and special partnership with Aldridge Education, and we cannot wait to continue working with them into 2022!
MAT Tutors have also had a successful year, supporting over 700 amazing students weekly with virtual and in-person tutoring in Maths, Science and English! We are extremely proud and thankful for our hard-working tutors, who have helped so many students over the past year achieve such high levels of academic progress!
Lastly, our biggest project this year ‘The MAT Ambition Community’ which was created in order to support Senior/Middle Leaders and emerging Leadership talent to secure a variety of promoted posts. Our Community aims to aid those in leadership roles fulfil their potential, creating plans for progression and we are excited to see what 2022 holds!
