It may seem like just yesterday that the 2021/2022 Academic Year began but here we are in the penultimate week of the last term. For many, the excitement of the upcoming summer (and lovely weather) is helping them through these final few days. However, some may be dreading the beginning of the September term. Here at MAT Recruitment, we wanted to reflect back on previous year and remind everyone that we are here to ensure that transition to September 2022 is as smooth and successful as possible!
Firstly, we would like to take the time to reflect upon the achievements that we have accomplished this academic year. From each high-quality placement made, supporting Multi-academy Trusts such as Aldridge Education, assisting multiple schools with their tutoring programmes, sponsoring Stephen Tierney’s educational development workshops to aiding in the recruitment of trainee teachers for United Teaching. We would like to thank all of the amazing candidates and clients that we have worked with over the past academic year, without your support we would not be where we are today!
Here at MAT Recruitment, we take a child centred approach to recruitment and believe it’s our mission to improve outcomes for young people, through the careful placement of high-quality education staff via our robust and ethical recruitment process. Our experienced consultants have a vast understanding of the industry and invest time in getting to know client and candidates alike to ensure that ‘the shoe fits’. That’s why if you are interested in securing a new role or if you are a school or trust looking to secure top quality educational talent, our team will make certain that you get the assistance you need by taking the stress out of the recruitment journey.
Moreover, MAT Tutors can also help to alleviate the stress on both teachers and pupils by providing high-quality intervention sessions with experienced tutors. These well-structured sessions are available both as a 1 to 1 and in group sessions for students aged 5-16. Our Tutors are available to provide sessions both online and in-person. As well as this sessions can be arranged across summer or starting in September- so that no matter what you can be assured that your pupils have access to the best education possible allowing for the development of resilient and adaptable learners!
Lastly, we wanted to remind candidates and clients alike that we are resuming our normal operating hours and services throughout the whole summer break! So, you can access all the support you need whenever you need it!
