We are excited to announce that we are now looking to expand our fantastic team by recruiting a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant on a full-time basis. This role will involve identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business, as well as furthering to identify new business opportunities and provide general administrative support to the recruitment function. We would require the successful candidate to be based in the North West so that they may attend weekly team meetings!
This position would be ideal for a candidate with previous sales, admin, recruitment or customer service experience. As well as holding a Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English. However, it is essential that those applying must have appropriate verbal and written communication skills, in addition to being ICT literature. Nevertheless, as this is a trainee role, appropriate full training will be given to the successful applicant.
Ideal qualities which are essential for success would be a person who is self-motivated and able to identify opportunities, driven and determined to achieve objectives, a confident and persuasive communicator and being a tenacious and resilient team player!
