My name is Adilah and I am a Qualified Teacher & Tutor of English who has been teaching & tutoring KS3 & 4 students for over 2 years. I privately tutor GCSE English students for the AQA and Edexcel curriculum, ensuring the work is set to match the student’s needs. This has created an increment in all my students results. Recently I have taught blended learning across Zoom and Microsoft Teams with classes of 3 – 30 students per session, which has received great feedback. My positive and enthusiastic attitude has maintained engagement with students, providing quieter members of the class with the confidence to be involved in their own learning & in turn allowing my students to access a deeper understanding of the topics being taught. I regularly use assessment for learning, with consistent adaptations being made throughout my teaching, as this ensures all students are continually making progress.
