My name is Pauline and I am a highly qualified teacher of Science (mainly Chemistry). I have been teaching/tutoring KS3, 4 & 5 students in a variety of educational settings over several years. I teach GCSE and A-Level for multiple exam boards including AQA and OCR.  I also work for an Awarding Organisation in various roles. I have done online and in person tutoring for a range of students at a variety of abilities, from GCSE to A – Level, either in small groups or one to one sessions. My lessons are prepared and planned in a range of learning styles to adapt to the needs of my students, ensuring knowledge is reinforced and deepened. I create resources that can be used online or in person to adapt to the variety of learning and ensure there is an imaginative and creative lesson to keep my students engaged. Throughout my lessons, I continually check pupils’ understanding using different methods of assessment procedures and I will intervene and differentiate the work when needed, providing the most accurate method of support to that student.
