Although the past year has brought its challenges not just to us as a business but to the whole education sector, we want to take this time to reflect upon our achievements and renew our focus on shaping the future of education through dynamic staffing solutions.
More Candidates & More Clients Than Ever Before!
Over this year, we have worked with even more brilliant candidates who we have been able to place in roles for the new year, with highly progressive schools and multi-academy trusts! We don’t just place teacher’s either, with roles including support, middle and senior leadership.

The growth and continued success of MAT Tutors.
One of our most notable successes of this year was the continued growth of MAT Tutors. This year, our team has successfully launched more programmes than ever before, allowing our tutors to work within leading trusts to provide high quality intervention sessions to students of all abilities!
This follows suit with the global shift towards hybrid learning models, as the versatility of education is further consolidated with a need to source educators who are adept in both in-person and virtual instruction. At MAT Tutors, we adapted to this back in 2021 with the launch of our virtual tutoring programmes, and although this is continued, we have seen a demand for immersive learning within the classroom in more recent times. This understanding led us to launch our Core curriculum GCSE Masterclasses, seven-week subject specialist led, intensive programmes for students which provide high quality intervention session in preparation for summer exams. As a team we have relished in this opportunity to provide students with further support so that success is achievable for all!
We are extremely thankful to all our hard-working MAT Tutors, who have shared our vision and in doing so helped many students over the past year to achieve such high levels of academic achievement!
The MAT Recruitment Job Board.
One of our biggest ventures this year was the development of our job board, alongside our new integration system which has enabled us to harness further enquiries and promote more roles!
Again, similar to the industry around us, one of the standout features of 2023 was the increased integration of technology in education recruitment. Artificial intelligence and automation algorithms were harnessed to streamline the hiring process, matching educators with institutions more efficiently. Online platforms and virtual interviews became the norm, allowing for a broader reach in talent acquisition and reducing geographical barriers.
