We are now fast approaching the run up to Christmas 2021; whilst some are reluctant to begin the festivities just yet, here at MAT Recruitment we wanted to share the work we are doing to ensure that we fully embody the true Christmas spirit of giving back to our communities and putting others before ourselves.
We believe that you don’t need to wait for the new year to start making a difference, change starts today, whether that’s implementing the best leaders and educators in order to benefit young people, giving back to your local community or helping those less fortunate.
Supporting the community has become ever more so important after the challenges we have all faced over the past two years, that’s why this year we are proud to support the Trussel trust, through donating food to their foodbanks here in the North West.
The Trussel Trust is a charitable organisation supporting food banks up and down the country, providing emergency food and support to those locked in poverty, whilst campaigning for change to end the need for food banks.
Here at MAT, we consider ourselves a social enterprise, building a brighter future for our younger generation by giving back in the classroom and throughout the community. Through this we have been involved in many community initiatives such as our sponsorship of a local schools team!
Alongside this, we also ensure that our support can be given wholly to those schools and trusts who need it most, as our team give their time through governance and donations through sponsorship. This ensures that we can deliver upon our promise to make certain that young people have access to the very best talent in education to improve educational attainment and outcomes. We also have taken time to support small businesses with ideas in order to enhance and grow their organisation in an appropriate and effective manner.
